BCD is the specialist design agency arm of Black & Callow. Black & Callow handles both corporate reporting (design, printing, mailing) and corporate finance (M&A documents, IPO prospectuses). BCD focuses exclusively on best-practice corporate reporting for listed companies. Both operate from the same London offices.
AIM-listed and Main Market companies looking for expert corporate reporting, as well Government entities, investment trusts, funds, and companies producing their first annual report post-IPO. Typically companies with budgets of £10k–£30k (but we can discuss any budget) who want hands-on consultancy and can't absorb last-minute change delays.
