Peter has been with Black&Callow since July 2000 and leads the project management team across our most high-profile projects. He has a solid record of meeting critical deadlines in M&A, Equity and Debt Capital Market transactions. Peter also specialises in managing Insolvency & Restructuring projects and, in particular, complex Part VII Insurance Business Transfers as well as across corporate and sustainability reporting.
